Walk more. Exercise and weight loss will help people lead happier, healthier lives and would save millions of dollars in health care costs. Before you take expensive prescriptions try losing weight and getting yourself to the point of being able to walk 2 miles. If you want to live longer, lose weight. Lose weight, feel better, live longer.
